The Department for International Development (DFID) is the British government department responsible for Britain’s contribution towards international efforts to eliminate poverty. We work in partnership with developing country governments towards poverty alleviation. DFID India is one of a number of DFID offices world-wide and it implements DFID's largest single overseas programme contributing to poverty eradication.

DFID India works in partnership with the Government of India to achieve its national development targets and its commitment to the Millennium Development Goals.

DFID is partnering with SIDBI in Project on Financing and Development of SMEs.

India has been a priority partner country of German Development Cooperation for more than 40 years. GTZ has been active in India on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) for almost all of this period.
GTZ is partnering with SIDBI in Project on Financing and Development of SMEs.

Cluster Pulse ( CP )  is a NGO for hand holding to SME's & artisans through Cluster development initiatives & methodology. CP has worked in 66 clusters in countries: Sweden , Canada , USA , UK ,Turkey , Brazil, China , India , Pakistan & Afghanistan. CP works with UNIDO, GTZ, USAID, IFC, World Bank, ILO etc…in various clusters.  They have worked in sectors like Textiles, agro, engineering, pharma, consumer goods, service sector & market research projects. The 3 engines of our intervention are : 

  • BDS strengthening
  • Export consortia , leading to technology upgradation
  • Association capacity building
