The Department for International Development (DFID) is the British government department responsible for Britain’s contribution towards international efforts to eliminate poverty. We work in partnership with developing country governments towards poverty alleviation. DFID India is one of a number of DFID offices world-wide and it implements DFID's largest single overseas programme contributing to poverty eradication.

DFID India works in partnership with the Government of India to achieve its national development targets and its commitment to the Millennium Development Goals.

CP has worked in 66 clusters in countries: Sweden , Canada , USA , UK ,Turkey , Brazil, China , India , Pakistan & Afghanistan. CP works with UNIDO, GTZ, USAID, IFC, World Bank, ILO etc…in various clusters. They have worked in sectors like Textiles, agro, engineering, pharma, consumer goods, service sector & market research projects. The 3 engines of our intervention are :
